Business from the Floor: Mr. Jeff Lohman talked about his schedule and going part time to be available more for his Representative duties.

FOIA policy – we need to adopt a policy to be able to charges fees for FOIA requests. MTA has a policy
available for adoption.

Revision of Electrical Inspector Fees –

060515 Treasurer Halbower made the motion to increase the fee for remodeling inspection from $35 to
$50. Clerk Johnson seconded. CARRIED.

Fire Contract with Cedar Creek – Art recommended that we stay with the same contract cost as last year $48,087.41 for the next 3 years as it covers the costs.

060615 Trustee Jager made the motion to enter into the Contract with Cedar Creek for the next 3 years at the cost of $48,087.41. Trustee Wilson seconded. CARRIED.

Sign for Park pertaining to no alcohol consumption on park property.

060715 Trustee Jager made the motion to have a sign made for the park addressing the no alcohol policy
and basic regulations. Trustee Wilson seconded. CARRIED.

MCK contract renewal – increase pulls $130 to $140 each

060815 Trustee Wilson made the motion to contract with MCK for 2 years at $140 per pull. Clerk Johnson seconded. CARRIED.

Road project – Discussion of Syers or third street as possible road projects. Mick will contact Mr. Hulka again for Proposals for Syers and 3rd St and also for gravels costs.

060915 Treasurer Halbower made the motion to table this till we get firm estimates for these projects.

Resignation of Kurt Medendorp as our Ordinance Enforcer.

Recommendation of Ed Vanas for the Ordinance Enforcer position.
