Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance given by all present.
Roll Call: Treasurer Halbower, Supervisor Noble, Clerk Johnson and Trustee Jager present.
Trustee Wilson absent.

Review of minutes:
040116 Trustee Jager made a motion to accept the March 08, 2016 minutes as presented. Treasurer Halbower seconded. CARRIED.
Review of Bills:
040216 Trustee Jager made the motion to pay the bills as presented. Treasurer Halbower seconded. CARRIED.
Business from the Floor: None
Treasurer’s Report:
040316 Trustee Jager made the motion to accept the treasurers report as presented. Clerk Johnson seconded. CARRIED.
Department Reports:
Fire Chief Stevens reported for the month of March. Total man hours 266.5 hours. Expenses for the 206 account were $4,082.88 which is currently 32% under budget. The 216 account had zero expenses.

New Business:
Hiring of Building Inspector – Mick recommends Robert Tufts
040416 Treasurer Halbower made the motion to contract with Mr. Robert Tufts for Building Inspector. Trustee Jager seconded. CARRIED.
Hiring of Transfer Station Supervisor – Mick recommends Christian Thompsen.
040516 Trustee Jager made the motion to hire Christian Thompsen as the new Transfer Station Supervisor. Treasurer Halbower seconded. CARRIED.
Treasurer request for computer software – the County has upgraded their software and we need to upgrade to dot.net to be compatible. Bill recommends we purchase and install it between the tax seasons. The approximate cost is $3480.
040616 Trustee Jager made the motion to purchase the dot.net software from BSA. Clerk Johnson seconded. CARRIED.
Transfer Station Attendant job description is old and needs to be updated. Mick has given us an updated description to compare with the old for approval at a future meeting.
Budget workshop date of May 10, 2016 at 10am scheduled.
Bill attended a meeting on the broadband progress. He updated the board on the internet surveys that were sent out to residents and there was a pretty good response. With a majority of responses having no internet available to them. There is progress but it will be sometime before internet will be available to all areas in the township.
