03-18-1 Motion made by Asa Eastling to approve the agenda. Support by Member

Planning Commission Comments:
Chair Williams brings up Walter Knight wanting to split property. Suggests we move forward
with re-zoning or give him an answer.
Sub committee report:
Vice Chair Monette presents plan to extend R2 west down Holton Whitehall and north up
Holton Duck Lake. Sentiment of the board is in agreement with proposed changes.
Camping ordinance: Board Member Halbower suggests that we need to put in regulations for
people camping long term. Secretary Coon suggests that these regulations not apply to
homeowners wanting to camp on their own property.
Member Halbower is going to draft up proposal for camping ordinance to be voted on next
meeting.
Board Member Halbower and Brings up the roads and Mike and Halbower will go check out
other county ordinances
Chair Williams brings up correspondence regarding Report
