Ordinance Enforcer September Status Report
7950 Marvin Rd: Notice letter mailed to homeowner to remove salvage, unlicensed and inoperable vehicles from property. Due to having numerous salvage vehicles on property that accumulated, I gave homeowner until January 1, 2026 to get them off of the property. I have been checking progress in the interim.
7834 Holton Rd: 2nd Notice Letter to homeowner regarding lack of compliance removing 2 travel trailers and blight from the property. The property is an eyesore and because it sits right on Holton Rd and the blight is visible, I will keeping close watch. I gave the homeowner until October 31st to be ordinance compliance.
*My review of the property today I saw a mattress leaned up against one of the travel trailers, and more junk accumulating.
