03-17–02 Motion by Secretary Coon to approve the agenda. Support

Subcommittee Report
Vice Chair Monette inquires about whether every resident within 300 feet is to be notified of the
zoning changes. Secretary Coon mentions that we have access to funds through the County
that could be used to assist with notifications. Chair Williams clarifies it is refunded funds and
that it would need to be paid up front.
Secretary Coon notates the need for efficiency in our local government and to allow the
subcommittee to do the job they were tasked to do. Discussions continue around shared
driveways & private roads. Halbower mentions a need for regulations on overhang height.
Mentions that current requirements are 14 ft to allow for fire trucks to pass in case of
emergency.
Secretary Coon suggests sending the revised version she had put together to the board. Board
is looking to come to the next meeting to vote on the article with or without any needed
amendments.
Discussions around amending current No more than two parcels.
03-17-03 Chair Williams makes a motion to amend 1.04T ACCESS TO ALL DWELLING
SITES FOR FIRE PROTECTION to include the following language in a sixth
point. Support by Board Member Williams. CARRIED.
“Shared Driveways shall serve no more than two parcels, shall have deeded
easements, shall have maintenance agreement approved by the Planning
Commission.”
Event Ordinance Discussion
Discussions on tabling the Event Ordinance until after the Board has gotten through the Zoning
and Private Road changes.

Chair Williams brings goes over upcoming training opportunities.
