Clerk’s Department Responsibilities
The Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining all records of the township. Since the township records are maintained in the Clerk’s office all Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests should be addressed to the
Clerk
The Clerk is also responsible for conducting all elections within the township. This includes local voting at the National, State, County and Township levels. In this function the Clerk is responsible for Voter Registration and maintaining the list of registered voters. Additionally, Absentee Ballots are requested from the Clerk.
The Clerk is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of all functions at the township hall.
