Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance given by all present

Roll Call: Trustee Wilson, Trustee Kittel, and Clerk Johnson present. Supervisor Noble, and Treasurer Halbower absent.

Add to agenda: 12.2 Job description Transfer Station Superintendent

Agenda is set.

Review of minutes:

050111 Trustee Kittel made the motion to accept the April 12, 2011 minutes as presented. Trustee Wilson seconded. CARRIED.

Review of Bills:

050211 Trustee Wilson made the motion to pay the bills as presented. Trustee Kittel seconded. CARRIED.

Business from the Floor: None

Treasurer’s Report:

050311 Trustee Kittel made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report as presented. Trustee Wilson seconded. CARRIED.

Department Reports: No one presented reports.

Correspondence: Letters of resignation from Rodney and Kristy Hawk as Supervisor and Attendants of the Transfer
Station.

050411 Trustee Wilson made the motion to accept Rodney and Kristy Hawk’s resignations. Trustee
Kittel seconded. CARRIED.

Unfinished Business: Burning Ordinance Page 3 letter A has a conflict of 30 and 50 feet, Page 4 letter C there
is a question on who is legally able to issue a citation.

050511 Trustee Kittel made the motion to table till we get clarification as to who can issue citations.
Trustee Wilson seconded. CARRIED.

New Business: Transfer Station Supervisor Job Description listing duties and pay schedule.

050611 Trustee Wilson made the motion to adopt the Transfer Station job description. Trustee
Kittel seconded. CARRIED.

Motion to Adjourn:

050711 Trustee Kittel made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:12pm. Trustee Wilson seconded. CARRIED.
