  • 120121 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the November 9, 2021 regular meeting minutes. Second by Treasure Halbower. CARRIED.

Library-

• A farewell reception for Director Kelly Richards will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 4-6 pm at Norton Shores Library. Kelly will be leaving to accept the position of President and Directorof the free library of Philadelphia in January, 2022.
• Holton library and friends had a successful 2021 Christmas in Holton held on December 8 over 275 in attendance.

  • 120421 Trustee Jager made a motion to accept the termination request for the Fire Dept for Jeff Balke. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED.
  • 120521 Trustee Jager made a motion to accept the resignation of the Deputy Clerk, Sarah Hippler. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRED – Noted board does not need to accept.
  • 120621 Trustee Jager motioned to appoint Asa Easting to the Planning Commission that runs for to December 31, 2025. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED.
  • 120721 TrusteeJager motioned to approve the use senior millage funds to continue snow plow program for fiscal yeat through sept 30, 2022. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED.
  • 120821 Trustee Jager motioned to approve the moter for salter. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED.
  • 120921 Trustee Jager motioned to purchase cameras for the park out of Covid funds for amount of $1766.35. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED
