Library Report by Julie Vanderboegh, $1,253 in permits 4 electrical permit, 6 mechanical permits, ordinance enforcer report accepted, Fire Department report by Chief Ted Hawk, 39 incidents for the month, 2 mutual aid given.

Motion 2-7-24 to approve resolution #2-2-24 closing roads for annual Holton Community Days at 12 pm noon on Friday July 26 until 11:00 pm Saturday July 27, closing Holton Duck Lake Road at 3rd Street to Holton Whitehall Road and closing Hoppman Road at Holton Duck Lake Road to Dewitt Road, by Trustee Tammy Jager supported by Clerk Malinda Pego, roll call votes, Yeas, Clerk Malinda Pego, Trustee Tammy Jager, Trustee Chris Thompsen, Supervisor Alan Jager, Treasurer William Halbower. Motion 2-8-24 by Trustee Tammy Jager, support by Trustee Chris Thompsen, to approve Appointment of Dennis Peterson and Josephine Derby to Board of Review for Two year Term and Linda White as an alternate for two year term. Motion passes.
Motion 2-9-24 by Trustee Tammy Jager, support by Trustee Chris Thompsen, to approve Reappointment of Tom Monette and Mike Fanjoy to the Planning Commission for 3 Year Term and Harley Maginity and Matt Wildfong to the Park Commission for 3 Year Term and Bob Dausman as an Alternate to the Zoning Board of Appeals for 3 Year Term. Motion passes.

Motion 2-13-24 by Trustee Tammy Jager, support by Trustee Chris Thompsen, to approve authority of the Holton Township Legal Counsel to negotiate a resolution between Ashleigh Smith vs Holton Township within the perimeters of the plaintiffs settlement demands.
