Review of minutes:

030115 Trustee Jager made a motion to accept the February 10, 2015 minutes as presented. Trustee Wilson seconded. CARRIED.

Review of Bills:

030215 Trustee Jager made the motion to pay the bills as presented. Trustee Wilson seconded. CARRIED.

Treasurer’s Report:

030315 Clerk Johnson made the motion to accept the treasurers report as presented. Trustee Jager seconded. CARRIED.

Department Reports:

Fire Chief Stevens reported for the month of February. Total man hours 231 hours.
Expenses for the 206 account were $27,870.24 and is currently 12% under budget. The 216 account had $0 expenses and is 66% under budget.

Art requested permission for Marc and Bryan Hawk to attend a Fire Chief 101 class for 2 days in Big Rapids. Room cost is $148, and class cost is $240 for a total cost of $388.

030415 Clerk Johnson made a motion to allow Marc and Bryan to attend the Fire Chief 101 class for a total cost of $388. Trustee Jager seconded. CARRIED.
Art would like permission to replace the 2 man doors at the fire station. He has a quote of $2050 from Patron Construction for materials and labor. They also have some doors in stock, and if they are used the cost would be less.
