present.  Supervisor Noble absent.

Review of minutes – October 8, 2013 meeting.

Department Reports: 

Tom West Planning Commission Chairman – November meeting continued discussion of the ordinances updates is progressing.

Unfinished Business:   None 

New Business:  Discussion of how past Special Use Permits will be handled.  Mick has talked to Don Rohlck about doing the follow up and he has agreed to do this for $35 per case.  Also discussed raising the new Special Use Permit fee to $660 from $625 so the cost of new reviews would be covered.  There were some questions which couldn’t be answered tonight so it was suggested to table this.

110413                    Trustee Jager made the motion to table the fees for past Special Use Permits untilnext meeting.  Trustee Wilson seconded.  CARRIED.

Tire Recycle Program – This program would be entered into along with Whitehall Township and possibly Cedar Creek Township.  Cobalt Holding Co. out of Sturgis, MI is the firm that will pick up the tires when we have around 400 tires.  The costs we will charge for the tire recycle will be:  a. Unrimmed passenger tires $2.00, b. Passenger tires with rims $3.50, c. Rimless Semi Tires $8.00, d. Semi tires on rims $15.00, e Tractor tires $10.00.

110513                    Trustee Jager made the motion to contract with Cobalt Holding Co. for the tire collection program.  Trustee Wilson seconded.  CARRIED.

Park Commission Appointments:  Recommended reappoint Dave White for the 3 year term.

110613                    Clerk Johnson made the motion to reappoint Dave White for the 3 year term to the ParkCommission.  Trustee Jager seconded.  CARRIED.

Planning Commission Appointments: Recommend reappoint  Ken Schaub and Mike Cygeirt -3 year term

110713                    Trustee Wilson made the motion to recommend reappoint  Ken Schaub and Mike Cygeirt                                   to the Planning Commission for a 3 year term expiring 2017.  Clerk Johnson seconded.  CARRIED.

Spider Web for the park.  Bill has checked out a spider web nearby at Farm Tastics and has bids on different styles, and recommends going with a 16 x 16 with a smaller netting for the cost of $2995.

110813                    Clerk Johnson made the motion to purchase the 16 x 16 spider web at the cost of  $2995.  Trustee Wilson seconded.  CARRIED.

Trustee Jager questioned if there would be sand underneath the web and Bill said yes there would.
