Department Reports: Fire Chief Hawk reported total man-hours of 323.50 for October. Expenses for the 206 account were $14,965.29 which is currently 78% under budget.

Correspondence: Letter from County about Mats service bus being discontinued in Holton.

Public Hearing on November 30th – requested by Mr. Swarey.

Unfinished Business: Fire Department escorts

Quote to replace missing road signs: Angela called and received quotes for road signs and the most reasonable quote was from Dornbos Sing, Inc. for $447.50.
