Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance given by all present.

Roll Call: Treasurer Halbower, Supervisor Noble, Clerk Johnson present. Trustee Wilson, Trustee Jager absent.

Review of minutes:

100116 Treasurer Halbower made a motion to accept the Sept. 13, 2016 Board minutes as presented. Supervisor Noble seconded. CARRIED.

Review of Bills:

100216 Treasurer Halbower made the motion to pay the bills as presented. Supervisor Noble seconded. CARRIED.

Business from the Floor: Mr. Bob Shirk of Brunswick Road talked a little bit about running for Trustee and the USTP party and they’re platform.
Mr. Gary Foster – running for County Commissioner talked for a minute.

Treasurer’s Report:

100316 Clerk Johnson made the motion to accept the treasurer’s report as presented. Supervisor Noble seconded. CARRIED.

Department Reports: Fire Chief Stevens reported total man-hours of 301.5 for Sept.
Expenses for the 206 account were $7095.43 which is currently 14% under budget. The 216 account had zero expenses.

The Fire Department held fire prevention at the school and there was a good turnout.

New Business: New computer system for Central Dispatch – their system (Fire House) needs to be updated as the present system is loosing some of the services they use and the new system (Alpine) has a number of advantages including tracking the fire fighters and being able to see who is available.

100416 Clerk Johnson made the motion to allow the fire department to make a one time contribution of $2000 to help with Central Dispatch’s transition to the new computer system. Treasurer Halbower seconded. CARRIED.
