Review of minutes:
030117 Trustee Jager made a motion to accept the February 14, 2017 minutes as presented. Trustee Schroeder seconded. CARRIED.
Review of Bills:
030217 Trustee Jager made the motion to pay the bills as presented. Trustee Schroeder seconded. CARRIED.
Business from the Floor: Muskegon County Commissioner Gary Foster explained the reason Clerk Waters selected the election equipment that she did.
Treasurer’s Report:
030317 Trustee Jager made the motion to accept the treasurers report as presented. Trustee Schroeder seconded. CARRIED.
Department Reports: Fire Chief hawk reported total man-hours of 200.5 for February. Expenses for the 206 account were $13,309.68 which is currently 14% under budget. The 216 account had zero expenses.

New Business: Free dump day May 13, 2017
030417 Trustee Jager made the motion to have free dump day May 13, 2017. Clerk Johnson seconded. CARRIED. Marc brought quotes for cabinets for the kitchen remodel at the fire station. The cabinets cost $1056 and the counter tops are $251.20
030517 Trustee Jager made the motion to allow the purchase of the cabinets and counter top for the cost of $1307.20. Trustee Schroeder seconded. CARRIED.
Road brining – Muskegon County costs .59 cents per gal, Mi Chloride sales costs .20 cents per gal, and D&B Brine costs .13 cents per gallon.
030617 Trustee Jager made the motion to accept the bid from D&B Brine for $9750 for the 1st brine, and the same cost if a second brine is needed. Treasurer Halbower seconded. CARRIED. Service agreement from Constantine Irrigation – fall service price is $350.
030717 Trustee Jager made the motion to accept Constantine Irrigation’s quote for fall service at $350. Trustee Schroeder seconded. CARRIED.
Hiring of Transfer Station
030817 Trustee Jager made the motion to hire Harley Maginity for transfer station attendant. Treasurer Halbower seconded. CARRIED.
Copy machine for fire department – theirs needs replaced. The quote from Office Machine is a lease for $65 a month for 60 months which includes maintenance, toner, parts and labor.
030917 Trustee Jager made the motion to enter into the lease agreement with Office Machines. Trustee Schroeder seconded. CARRIED.
Flag poles & flags
031017 Treasurer Halbower made the motion to purchase 3 new flag poles and 2 flag. Trustee Schroeder seconded. CARRIED.
