  • 050122 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the April 12, 2022 regular meeting minutes. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED.
• Payment of the Bills
  • 050222 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the payment of the April’s bills as presented. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED.
• Business From the Floor
  • Mark Garrett from Anavon Technology Group, hosted phone upgrade presentation.

  • Zoning/Ord. Etc. $1,784.00 on permits.
  • Fire Department-
    • Fire Dept 35 incidents. 3 mutual Aids 
  • Library-
    • Remodel completed. Library Friends will be hosting an Open House.
    • MADL Library Board has made an offer to a Director candidate.
    • New fans approved by Twp. Board have been installed.
    • Thank you to Kevin for his assistance in getting our library ready for the public.
    • Summer reading begins June 13-August 20

  • Gravel upgrades for 2 miles of Brunswick Road from Schow Road West.

  • 050422– Trustee Jager made a motion to accept the hiring request for paid on call Firefighter Jeffrey DeYoung pending physical exam. Second by Clerk Coburn. CARRIED
  • 050522-Supervisor Jager made a motion to approve grinding of existing built up road on Meinert Road from Maple Island Road to Brickyard Road and also ½ mile on Brickyard Road from Meinert Road North. Second by Clerk Coburn, CARRIED.
