Holton Township will again use the Senior Millage funds to provide basic snow plowing for the 2025-26 winter season for up to 35 seniors, 60 years of age or older, residing in a primary residence in Holton Township. Please do not sign up if you are not living in your home during the winter months.

Signups begin October 1, first come first served. If you have not participated in the program before, please sign up at the Holton Township Hall to present proof of age and address at 6511 Holton Whitehall Road. Please call 231-821-2168 with any questions and to check office hours before coming in.

Driveways will be plowed when accumulation is more than 3 inches. During a snow storm, plowing will not begin until the storm is close to completion. If more extensive snow removal is desired beyond the basic plow that is provided, you must work out arrangements to pay the snow plow provider for extra services.

The Township will not be held responsible for any damages to property.

Please note, if the millage funds are depleted, the plowing program will discontinue.
