Motion by Bill Halbower, supported by Ken Schaub, to approve minutes of January 15, 2013 as presented.  Motion carried.

Public Comments:

Alvin Mast – 7680 Meinert Rd., Holton – Commented on  Master Plan and future meeting  dates and agendas.

Chair, Tom West, gave update on changes of Master Plan.  Will be working on Holton Township zoning issues at future meetings.

Marvin Mast – Meinert Rd., Holton – Questions on revisions on Land Division Act.

Chair, Tom West and Bill Halbower provided information on Township and State policies.

Committee members viewed Introduction to Planning & Zoning: The Basics.

Planning commission training scheduled for April 16 and June 18, 2013 at 7:10 p.m.
