Future Land Use Map – West Michigan Shoreline Regional Development Commission to waive fee.
New Business –
Planning Commission training: Introduction to Planning & Zoning; The Tools.
Setting of Regular Planning Commission meeting dates: Motion by Mike Cygeirt, supported by Tim Ylitalo to approve the following dates for regular meetings: September 17, 2013, November 6, 2013, January 21, 2014, March 18, 2014, May 20, 2014 and July 15. 2014. Motion carried. Letter to be sent to Holton Township on approved dates.
Possible Special Use Permit request for bike sales and repairs. Date to be set as soon as application is submitted and fees are paid.
Mike Cygiert brought to the attention of Planning Commission members on the Midwest Sharpening Service business.
