Planning Commission Comments – non agenda items – None

Unfinished Business –

Action on proposed changes in Holton Township Ordinance approved by Planning Commission at the August 15, 2016 meeting were returned by Holton Township Board for further review. Discussion tabled until further instructions from Township Board.

Continued discussion on proposed signage ordinance responsibility of Township, signage governed by State and Muskegon County Road Commission.

Chair, Mike Cygeirt, will look at other municipalities and contact MTA for a “model” signage ordinance to help committee with further discussion at the November 2, 2016 meeting.

New Business – Possible land division issues

Closing Comments – Mike Cyeirt & Rhett Sease commented on recent MTA workshop they attended at The Shack on August 30, 2016.
