05-01-25 Motion to approve minutes from March, 18, 202 by Bill Halbower supported Tom Monette.  Motion Carried.

 05-02-25Motion to approve the agenda by Cheyenne Williams. Supported by Louis Slater. Motion Carried.

05-03-25 Motion to approve the amended rezoning map presented by Tom Monette    Supported by Mike Fanjoy.  Motion carried. Next step is notifications, public hearing, vote by board, if approved publication.

05-04-25 Motion to amend ordinance 41.005 parking and storage 2. To read, “One registered camper can be stored on a parcel of one acre or less. Two Registered campers may be stored on a parcel no smaller than two acres, to five acres. Three registered campers may be stored on a parcel six acres or greater.” Motion seconded by Bill Halbower, Motion carried. Next step is reading by the board, voting at the following meeting, then publication.

Informational from Bill Halbower, Events ordinance may be coming to the planning communion from the board.
