  • 060121 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the May 11, 2021 regular meeting minutes as presented. Second by Trustee Thompson. CARRIED.
  • 060221 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the May 25, 2021 Budget Workshop minutes as presented. Seconded by Clerk Coburn. CARRIED.

  • Zoning/Ord. Etc. $3,407.00 on permits.
  • Fire Department-
    • Fire Dept answered 55 calls in May. Monthly training was done with Air Med. 
  • Library-
    • 2021 Summer Reading Program begins Monday, June 14. Programs are for all ages-kids-adults. Can register at the library or online at madl.org/summerreading. Plan to visit the library. We have some cool decorations!
    • MADL will be installing new print management software this week.
    • Summer Newsletter –June-August 2021 is now available. Check it out. Lots of fun and exciting programming for all.
    • Continue to work on Holton’s remodel.
    • Represents from MADL, Kelly Richard, MADL Director; Brenda Hall, Finance Director; Nichole Schanner, Asst. to Finance came to review plan.

• 061121- Trustee Jager made a motion to approve up to $350.00 for the Holton Township Fire Department to purchase shirts and American flag patches. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED
