  • 040121 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the March 2021 regular meeting minutes as presented. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED.
• Payment of the Bills
  • 040221 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the payment of the March bills as presented. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED.
• Business From the Floor
  • Pego-Proposed Social Passport at the County Commissioners meeting but didn’t have the votes.
• Treasurer’s Report
  • 040321 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as presented. Second by Trustee Thompson. CARRIED.
• Department Reports
  • Zoning/Ord. Etc. $3,596.00 on permits.
  • Fire Department-Gage Johnson has met all the requirements.  Next month will get him his shield and helmet.
  • Library-
    • All libraries are now offering Free Online Tutoring for K-adults daily. Go to madl.org/brainfuse
    • MADL is introducing new mobile apps for patrons
    • Having a walk-thru by end of month with new Bookmobile. Will be operating soon.
    • All libraries are now fine free on all materials.
    • Programming continues to be virtual
    • Make it take it craft kits are available at all branches. This month-Financial Awareness Month
    • Summer Reading Club will begin June 14-open to all ages. Theme for 2021-Tails & Tales (Animal Theme)
    • Holton Library Friends looking for new members to help support our library. Stop by our library for more info.
    • Continue to be open to public with limited capacity. Curbside also available.
    • Will be hosting book club Tuesday, April 20-discussing “The giver of the Stars”

• 030821- Trustee Jager made a motion that we accept D & B quote for $6750.00.  Second by Clerk Coburn. CARRIED.
