- 020121 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the January 2021 regular meeting minutes as presented. Second by Trustee Thompsen. CARRIED.
- 020221 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve Special Meeting minutes from February 9, 2021. Second by Clerk Coburn. CARRIED.

- 020521-Trustee Jager made a motion to open charge account with Emergency Products for no more than $1,000.00 per month. Second by Trustee Thompsen. CARRIED.
- 020621– Trustee Jager made a motion to accept Resolution 2021-02-01, A resolution to allow taxpayers to protest property tax assessments by mail. Second by Treasurer Halbower. CARRIED.

- 020721-Trustee Jager made a motion to have Board of Review appointments for another 2 year term with Cheyenne Williams, Steve Mullins, Herman Straub, and Tom West as alternate. Second by Trustee Thompsen. CARRIED.
- 020821- Trustee Jager made a motion that Construction Board of Appeals appointment for another 2 year term with Don Erickson, Don Erickson, Tommy Monette, Ronnie Slater. Second by Clerk Coburn. CARRIED.
- 020921- Trustee Jager made a motion to approve Park commission appointments for another 3 year term with Harley Maginity and Matt Wildfong. Second by Treasure Halbower. CARRIED.
- 021021- Trustee Jager made a motion to approve Zoning Board of Appeals appointment for 3 year term with Bob Dausman, Matt Wildfong as alternate. Second by Treasure Halbower. CARRIED.
