• The regular meeting of the Holton Township Board was called to order at 7:01 pm at the Holton Township Hall, 6511 Holton Whitehall Road.

• Set the Agenda: 12-D. Fire Dept. Traffic Safety Grant under New Business.
• Review the Minutes
  • 030121 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the February 2021 regular meeting minutes as presented. Second by Clerk Coburn. CARRIED.
• Payment of the Bills
  • 030221 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the payment of the January bills as presented. Second by Trustee Thompson. CARRIED.

• Treasurer’s Report
  • 030321 Trustee Jager made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as presented. Second by Clerk Coburn. CARRIED.
• Department Reports
  • Zoning/Ord. Etc. $1,879.00 on permits.
  • Library-Julie Vanderboegh, still limited hours. Still have curb side. Summer program will be available June 14^th. Also a book mobile will be out soon. Cedar Creek and Holton working together for Covid Vaccines at the Holton American Legion on March 10, 2021
  • Fire Department- Brian Hawk, New 800 pagers. They have (2) in Holton to see any blind areas. Working on mileage renewal.

  • 030421-Trustee Jager made a motion to have Free Dump Day on May 8, 2021. Second by Clerk Coburn. CARRIED.
  • 030521– Treasurer Halbower made a motion to accept Resolution 2021-03-01, a resolution to allow to close roads for Holton Days. Second by Trustee Jager. CARRIED.
    1. Roll Call Vote: Supervisor Jager, Yes; Clerk Coburn, Yes; Treasurer Halbower, Yes; Trustee Jager, Yes; Trustee Thompsen, Yes; ADOPTED.

• 030621-Trustee Jager made a motion to appoint Angel Coon to Planning Commission for 3 year term. Second by Clerk Coburn. CARRIED.
• 030721- Trustee Jager made a motion for the Fire Dept. Traffic Safety Grant. Second by Trustee Thompson. CARRIED.

• Future Business:
  • Township/Fire Dept Harassment form.  Updating to have the same form and procedure.
• 03082021- Trustee Jager made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:03 pm. Second by Trustee Thompson. ADJOURNED.
